• Classic Vans BOA Closure System with Series 30 dial. As the undisputed ruler in BOA technology, Vans continue to lead the charge this season. Looking at the Encore boot you will be able to see how Van's custom BOA components work in unison with boot designs to provide a truely unique fit that you won't find on BOA competitors!
• Vans Pro-Flex Snowaffle Air outsole with molded PU midsole and 3/4 wrap stabilizing heelclip. The progressive flex inverted waffle tread pattern design delivers a functional snow specific spin on the classic Vans waffle sole. By providing gradually decreasing stiffness from heel to toe, the turning response is maximized without sacrificing flex and feel at the toe. The inverted waffle lug pattern combined with Vans secret recipe rubber blend provides amazing traction in all conditions. The 3/4 wrap heelclip provides better fit and performance by stabilizing the foot, increasing the torsional rigidity to prevent twist and increase turning response. The moulded PU midsole with airbag provides the highest level of durability and impact absorption.
