Normally this means it has been left with another person in your household so please ask around to see if anyone has it. Otherwise look out for a card through your letterbox which may state they've left the parcel with a neighbour or in your designated safe place. If you're still unable to locate the parcel please contact us. Most couriers have GPS on their scanners so we may be able to locate the exact spot where they left it.
