How does it work?
When you sign up to a Stance subscription, you will receive a new pair of socks every month for the duration of your subscription. Your first one will be sent straight away then the rest will be sent each month around the same time. Simple!
Why should I subscribe?
Items are non-exchangeable. You will not receive the same pair twice. Items are chosen at random and requests cannot be made. Once your first item has been despatched we are unable to cancel your subscription. If you no longer wish to receive monthly deliveries you can ask us to ship all remaining items in one package and we will cancel your subscription. No refunds will be made for unshipped items.

Returns are valid up to 30 days after the day you receive your item(s).
All returns must be returned in a full resalable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged. All returns are at customer expense.
Or you can complete and enclose the returns slip which can be found on the original delivery slip. We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, is your responsibility. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
