Seriously, what do people think of this skateboard? Could this be the beginning of the next generation skateboarder? Personally, I'd definitely buy this: if I had the money too - I'm starting to turn a little bit green because I know I haven't! It would be a sweet conversation starter that's for sure! Me being me though, I'd be too scared to ride the board. (Yes, it is a fully functional skateboard, designed with the intention of being used!)
Anyway, in case anyone has a spare $15,000 floating around, the board is being sold by SHUT, New York Cities first skateboarding company. Depending on where you are though, you might need to hop on a plane, as the board can only be purchased in store.
Of course, this then leaves you with the question of whether you want to put the board through as hand luggage or check it in with your other luggage for the return journey...
Who knows, Tony Hawk might be lucky enough to receive the board as a a gift for his upcoming birthday?
