Delivery & Returns
At Urban Surfer our goal is to provide the very best choice in sports and streetwear whilst offering world class customer care and same day dispatch on all in-stock orders!
Order before 2pm on a normal working day (Mon-Fri) for same day dispatch for most products! Orders made after the cut-off time or a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.
UK DELIVERY
UK standard delivery only £3.50 or FREE over £49. Usually delivered in 2-4 days.
Express - Royal Mail 24 £4.90. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next day but it is not a guaranteed service. Royal Mail also deliver on Sundays.
Premium Next Day only £6.90. We'll send using DPD depending on your location. This service is generally for deliveries Mon-Fri but the couriers tend to deliver on weekends especially during peak periods.
For most next day orders, if you provide us with your mobile number the courier will send a message to let you know your 1 or 2-hour delivery slot.
We deliver to all of the UK including Highlands & Islands but it may not be possible to offer express or next day delivery in these areas so please allow an extra few days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Mainland Europe delivery £7.90. Usually delivered in 2-6 days.
Rest of World delivery £11.90. Usually delivered within 6-12 days.
Express Europe and ROW deliveries may be offered during checkout depending on your country.
You may be charged duties, handling fees and/or taxes which must be paid by the recipient upon receiving the order. Unfortunately we have no control over whether you will be charged and how much as each country varies.
You must take liability for any orders returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or if you fail to collect an undelivered parcel from your local depot.
We offer simple UK returns via Royal Mail within 60 days of purchase. Simply click the returns portal button link below to generate your label then include your order number with the return and pop along to your local Post Office who will take the return from you. A fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be received in a full resalable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Certain products may be excluded from being returned including underwear and swimwear.
To exchange an item we recommend that you purchase the new item then we can refund the returned item. This is because stock changes daily and we may not have the stock available when we receive your return.
