New Era don't really need an introduction. Worn by millions around the globe, they specialise in a whole range of caps and hats. From sports caps to superhero snapbacks, New Era are world leaders in head wear.
The company was founded in 1920 by a German immigrant - Ehrhardt Koch. They've now grown into the HUGE company that they are today.
They are the exclusive manufacturer of all on-field caps worn in Major League Baseball.
This includes huge teams like the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox and the LA Dodgers. Not a MLB fan? Fear not! New Era also make a whole range of NBA caps and, in April 2012, they started manufacturing caps for teams in the NFL.
A huge amount of caps are made by NE, the most popular being the 59Fifty. 59Fiftys largely come in the styles of sports teams (NBA, NFL and MLB) as well as superhero styles from Marvel and DC comics. Wearers of these caps ofter keep the default factory stickers on the top of the visor.
Another popular cap from New Era is the snapback! These are snapped into various sizes through a fastening at the back of the cap. A button is then used to join all the fabric together. Like 59Fiftys, these caps are often branded with sports teams logos.
