I look out the window this Tuesday afternoon and it's back to good old English weather, I think it's nice for a little break to wet the ground and help our lovely crops and denes but it's nice when it gets back to brighter days and we can all enjoy a little sun kissed skin and an iced coffee!
I go away in a week so holiday mode is nearly upon me, I am a last minute packer so Monday night will be fun, pizza, probably a cheeky beer and chaos will ensue when we realise I definitely forgot something the next day; 4 hours down the road.
Can't wait to pack the car up this year, I need to figure out how to get all of my new Pilates gear in there with 4 suitcases, food and a slow cooker; my car isn't that big.
We are going to Wales, which means walking gear and comfy is the way to go. I still need a bikini for the hot tub so I will be going through the stock room or Marksies to see which one covers the mam bod. We have some lovely pieces in though, if your more of bikini person there is a lovely set from Volcom, their Seamless Scoop range is really clean and in their own words cute.
We also do One-Piece swimsuits as well which is usually my preference, I may have to consider the Roxy Active One-Piece, it's so me, simple colours, simple design.
I go through my list every year and although I know I probably don't need anymore hats or caps, a new one always makes it's way into the backpack. I just love MLB merchandise, they've always done some great caps and the likes of the Yankees MVP is always going to hold my interest, they fetch out colours after colours every year and the embroidery is always spot on, which is the reason I don't really need a new one as the last 5 years worth of caps are still going strong :) Checkout their 47 MLB New York Yankees MVP Snapback Cap - Magenta, what a colour vibe!
I also take a pharmacy with me for those lovely midges that like to leave their mark on me and the copious amounts of buscopan more than one of us needs due to the holiday overeating and drinking taking place inevitably. I am starting to wonder why I am not going overseas as I write this but you know what; we have some lovely places around the UK and it's a shame not to go exploring and sightseeing on our doorstep. Whether your sticking close to home or venturing further afield, we have plenty of choice to kit you out during your break, caps, shoes, backpacks, you name it, we can deliver it. That's if I haven't already took it, ha!
