Ski Helmet Technical Guide

Today we have decided to fill you guys in on what makes our Red and Bolle ski helmets so awesome! Enjoy! :)

Red Hi-Fi Helmet- Airband Fit System- This air pumped system fits and moulds to a person’s head that contours around your head or beanie, this control is achieved by using the Air Band pump button and release valve. The fleece lined Air Band is independent of the Quick Clip removable ear pads, providing true customisable comfort.

Quick Clip Ear Pads- Just snap in and snap out, simple as that. These removable pads ensure that your ears and cheeks are kept warm, add comfort and make the helmet accessable for multi season skiing.

Bolle Synergy Helmet- Hyrbid Shell System- This makes sure that the right material is in the right places, the solid ABS shell is on top for impact and penetration protection. And the Inmold shell is on the bottom for optimum style and lightness. This combination assures that the Inmold and ABS technologies are utilised to full effect.

Air Flow Extractor-The synergy features two ventilation systems, an active ventilation system and a forced air flow system. Credit to two front ventings and eight separate holes, this mean the hot and humid heat is constantly drawn away from the head. The six levels of airflow allow you to adjust the amount of ventilation in the helmet.

Fit System- A soft, hypoallergenic and removable padded liner and a fit system is what makes up the fit system for the Bolle Synergy helmet, meaning you can easily adjust the fit of your helmet for maximum comfort.

Removable Ear Pads- The ear pads are ergonomically designed to be comfortable and warm. They maintain audibility and can be easily removed for washing.
