So why choose us?
We believe that we genuinely offer our customers the best products by the best brands at the best prices, that’s what we’ve always intended to do and that’s what we will always intend to do. Which is all good and well, but that’s what everyone will say. What everybody wants is proof that you are the best.
So here is the definitive guide to why Urban Surfer is the BEST retailer of skate/surf/snow and streetwear. This will reveal the number of features that makes us unique and why nobody else can compete with what we offer you.
FREE Delivery- The vast majority of other retailers charge extortionate prices for delivery, to “cover the costs” We can confirm that this is not the case at all, we offer free delivery on any order in the UK and minimal charges for any International orders, what these companies mean by “covering the costs” is that they are trying to squeeze money out of you! That’s not what we do here, we offer you quality products at fair prices, simple.
Price Promise- We are confident that we give you the best possible price, for the best possible products and that is why we have our price promise deal, if you can prove to us that another retailer is offering exactly the same product for a cheaper price than ours, we will cut down that difference and add on another 10%. This makes sure that Urban Surfer will always be your number one for value.
Since 1995- It’s amazing to think that we have been open for business the best part of 20 years now, a lot has changed in that time. But some things never change, things like our ambition, our motivation and our dedication to bringing you the best possible service, we have always believed that customer service, great products and great value is the key to success and we are living proof that this is true.
Only The Best- We want to bring you only the best brands that are hot right now, big name brands like Converse, Quiksilver and DC Shoes Co. just to name a few. We want our customers to be in the hottest gear with the most recent technology in the latest styles and with loads of new brands coming on board all the time we are more than confident that we can supply you the product you need.
But Don’t Take It From Us- Don’t take our word for it though, listen to the people that matter, the customers. Read our feedback and discover why our customers keep coming back to us http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.urbansurfer.co.uk
